Miami, FL – July 9, 2026 – DIA releases “NO C DA,” his new single, available today at 8:00 p.m. AST. Produced by VAIH, the track opens a new chapter for the Puerto Rican artist, bringing him back to a space closer to trap: a sound many of his fans first discovered him through, and one he now revisits from a more defined place.
“NO C DA” starts from a situation as familiar as it is uncomfortable: two people who have chemistry, keep finding their way back to each other, and understand each other in certain moments, but never seem to be in the same place. The song speaks to the frustration of wanting something clearer, more serious, and more present, while the other person keeps coming and going without fully making up their mind.
Produced by VAIH, “NO C DA” comes from a sensitivity that has accompanied DIA since the beginning: making music from the heart, with feeling, intention, and meaning. On this track, the artist not only performs the story, but also contributes as a producer and songwriter, bringing his vision into different parts of the creative process. The song keeps its urban pulse, but steps away from the brighter, more upfront energy of his recent releases to return to a more nocturnal, intimate tone connected to the trap roots of his sound.
The release follows several weeks of momentum for DIA. In June, he shared “SOY UN PROBLEMA,” a Taiko-produced reggaetón track built around a classic reference from the Puerto Rican sound, and also joined Los Hitmen on “Estoy En Mí,” as part of the first chapter of Season I. Before that, with “SUPER ESTRELLÁ” alongside Yomo and Alejo, he continued feeding a creative line tied to Puerto Rico’s urban DNA and to the movement he has been pushing across social media under the phrase #ElReggaetonEsDePR.
This new single also finds DIA revisiting essential parts of his artistic identity. After exploring different directions within reggaetón, R&B, and recent collaborations, “NO C DA” brings him back to a space his fans recognize: a register closer to trap, where the melody holds the tension of the story and the performance carries the weight of what is not said directly.
