Miami, FL – June 19, 2026 – Damn Goldo presents a new live session alongside El Dotol Nastra, a special production that brings together songs from his latest EP, Variados Vol. I, along with some of the most representative tracks of his career, including “Morena e’,” “R&P” and “Nada Personal Compañero.”
The collaboration is part of the new musical format led by El Dotol Nastra on his official channel, a concept designed to bring audiences closer to artists through a more organic, intimate perspective focused on live music. Through this performance, Damn Goldo offers a journey through the different musical facets that have defined his artistic vision. From bachata and merengue to reggaetón, salsa and other Caribbean fusions, the session highlights the sonic range that characterizes his current project.
Far from representing shifts in direction, this diversity of genres responds to a central concept within his career: La Melancolía del Tigueraje. Through this creative philosophy, Damn Goldo explores the emotions, contradictions and experiences of Dominican life from a vulnerable and deeply human perspective.
La Melancolía del Tigueraje is rooted in the idea that emotions do not belong to a single rhythm. Just as a love story, a loss, a disappointment or a moment of celebration can be felt in different ways, they can also be expressed through different musical genres. That is why Damn Goldo finds in bachata, merengue, salsa, kompa and reggaetón different vehicles to tell stories that emerge from the same emotional universe.
This vision takes shape in Variados Vol. I, a project inspired by the culture of the classic varied CDs that marked an entire generation of Dominicans. The EP works as a celebration of the Caribbean’s musical diversity while maintaining a cohesive narrative around the singer’s artistic identity.
The collaboration with El Dotol Nastra connects Damn Goldo with one of the most far-reaching digital platforms within Dominican popular culture. Recognized for his career as a content creator, communicator and key figure in entertainment in the Dominican Republic, El Dotol Nastra continues to expand his commitment to formats that bring music and artists’ stories closer to new audiences.
