Miami, FL — May 19, 2026 — Andrés Cepeda continues to make waves with Bogotá La Gira in the United States, a tour that has received an extraordinary response from audiences and registered multiple sold-out shows. Following stops in Chicago, Boston, New York, Elizabeth, Washington, D.C., and Atlanta, the Colombian singer-songwriter enters a key week of the tour, with upcoming performances in Tampa, Orlando, and Miami, where he will celebrate one of the most special nights of the run on May 22 at the James L. Knight Center, joined by Venezuelan artist Reymar Perdomo as a special guest.
Reymar’s participation brings a deeply moving story to the Miami concert. The Venezuelan artist touched millions with “Me fui,” a song inspired by the migrant experience of those who have had to leave their country and start over. Her story traveled across the world after she went viral performing her music on buses in Lima, Peru, and later became part of one of the most emotional moments on social media when Daniel Samper organized a surprise with three of her favorite artists: Carlos Vives, Santiago Cruz, and Andrés Cepeda.
During that 2018 encounter, the three artists disguised themselves as passengers on a bus and surprised Reymar as she performed “Me fui,” joining her in a scene that became a symbol of empathy, solidarity, and hope for millions of Venezuelan migrants. Seven years after that viral moment, Reymar crosses paths with Cepeda once again — this time on stage in Miami, opening one of the most important dates of his U.S. tour.
The moment amplifies the emotional spirit of Bogotá La Gira, a show shaped by memory, roots, and a direct connection with the audience. The album Bogotá, which gives the tour its name, pays tribute to the city where Cepeda was born and to the stories that have shaped his artistic life, blending new compositions with the romantic sensibility that has defined his career.
The project earned Cepeda the 2025 Latin Grammy Award for Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album, in addition to 2025 Latin Grammy nominations for Song of the Year and Best Pop Song for the track “Bogotá.” Bogotá Deluxe also received a 2026 Grammy Award nomination in the Best Latin Pop Album category. These honors add to a standout awards run that includes his 2024 Premios Nuestra Tierra win for Best Male Pop Artist and the 2025 Premios Nuestra Tierra award for Best Song/Composition for “Bogotá.”
On stage, Cepeda weaves the universe of Bogotá together with the classics that have accompanied generations, creating an intimate, emotional concert deeply connected with his audience. The tour will continue over the coming days with performances in Tampa, Orlando, Miami, Dallas, San Francisco, Glendale, Seattle, and Denver.
