ESTE NUEVO EP CUENTA CON 7 CANCIONES QUE NARRAN CADA CAPÍTULO DE UNA HISTORIA DE AMOR DESDE EL PRINCIPIO HASTA SU FINAL

Miami, 17 de abril de 2026. Paralelo a su gira nacional por Colombia, los artistas bogotanos Maca & Gero presentan su EP Lo que queda en el aire. Un proyecto cargado de emotividad en el que con cada canción, van narrando una historia de principio a fin. 

Con un concepto minimalista y cinematográfico, los artistas buscan contar su historia a través de lo invisible y lo emocional, explorando los vacíos y el silencio que transmiten los espacios donde se desarrollan los videos de cada canción que compone este proyecto.

“Cada 12 horas” – Focus Track

El focus objetivo del ep, es una canción romántica, escrita de la mano del colectivo Majestik, un grupo de productores y compositores conformado por Los Jaycobz e Ily Wonder. El video fue producido y dirigido por el equipo de Dream Valley, además, fue grabado en Loft 70, lugar donde cobra vida Lo que queda en el aire.

En esta canción exploran la fusión de bachata y pop, la cual refleja el cambio que están experimentando los artistas en esta etapa de su carrera musical y sin dejar su esencia romántica.

“Este tema es un mensaje a arriesgarse a probar cosas nuevas, a bailarse la vida y por qué no, coquetearle un poco. El EP completo es toda una nueva etapa musical y visual de Maca & Gero, donde se ve y se escucha diferente, marcando el comienzo de muchas más cosas por venir”.

Sobre Maca & Gero

En 2021, los amigos María Camila Clavijo y Gerónimo Blain encontraron en la música una forma de contar historias reales con un sonido único. Desde entonces, fusionaron sus voces en melodías que comenzaron a enamorar a quienes escuchaban sus canciones.

Con el paso del tiempo, en 2025 lanzaron su primer álbum: Uno más uno. En este proyecto se incluyen temas como “Aunque no sea yo”, “Pero Casi” y “Mariposas Amarillas”, entre otros. Ahora, en su nueva etapa con Sony Music los artistas presentaron este año “¿Qué pretendes?”.

Gracias a su propuesta, han compartido escenario con artistas como Niall Horan, Carlos Vives y Bacilos. Además, lograron un sold out en el Teatro Astor Plaza y se han presentado en algunos de los espacios más relevantes de Colombia, como el Movistar Arena, el Teatro Mayor, y festivales como Estéreo Picnic y Megaland.

Miami, April 17, 2026. Alongside their national tour across Colombia, Bogotá-based artists Maca & Gero present their EP Lo que queda en el aire. A project filled with emotion, where each song tells a story from beginning to end.

With a minimalist and cinematic concept, the artists aim to tell their story through the invisible and the emotional, exploring the emptiness and silence conveyed by the spaces where the videos for each song in this project take place.

“Cada 12 horas” – Focus Track

The EP’s focus track is a romantic song, written in collaboration with the Majestik collective, a group of producers and songwriters made up of Los Jaycobz and Ily Wonder. The video was produced and directed by the Dream Valley team and was filmed at Loft 70, the place where Lo que queda en el aire comes to life.

In this track, they explore a fusion of bachata and pop, reflecting the evolution the artists are experiencing in this stage of their musical career, while maintaining their romantic essence.

“This song is a message to take risks and try new things, to dance through life, and why not, flirt a little. The entire EP represents a new musical and visual chapter for Maca & Gero—where everything looks and sounds different, marking the beginning of many more things to come.”

About Maca & Gero

In 2021, friends María Camila Clavijo and Gerónimo Blain found in music a way to tell real stories with a unique sound. Since then, they have blended their voices into melodies that began to captivate those who listened to their songs.

Over time, in 2025 they released their first album: One Plus One. This project includes tracks such as “Even If It’s Not Me,” “But Almost,” and “Yellow Butterflies,” among others. Now, in their new stage with Sony Music, the artists have released “What Are You Trying to Do?”, “Rompecabezas,” and “It Should Be Me.”



Thanks to their proposal, they have shared the stage with artists such as Niall Horan, Carlos Vives, and Bacilos. In addition, they achieved a sold out show at Teatro Astor Plaza and have performed in some of Colombia’s most important venues, such as Movistar Arena, Teatro Mayor, and festivals like Estéreo Picnic and Megaland.
