(3 de Marzo, 2024). Grupo Niche, los embajadores  galardonados de la salsa en Colombia, están listos para llevar su vibrante sonido al Adrienne Arsht Center de Miami el 22 de marzo como parte de su muy esperado “Pachanguero Tour”. Las entradas están disponibles ahora a través del Adrienne Arsht Center.

Reconocidos por sus composiciones que van desde ritmos tan pegajosos y tropicales hasta melodías románticas más pausadas, Grupo Niche llegará a Miami después de un espectacular 2023, un año en el que no sólo se llevaron a casa el Latin Grammy al Mejor Álbum de Salsa gracias a su álbum colaborativo con la Orquesta Sinfónica Nacional de Colombia, “Niche Sinfónico”, sino que también fueron nominados a los premios GRAMMY 66 en la categoría de Mejor Álbum Tropical Latino.

Durante su espectáculo del 22 de marzo, el grupo colombiano ofrecerá lo mejor de su repertorio a sus fans en Miami, que sin duda incluirá una actuación especial de la canción escrita por el Maestro Jairo Varela y que inspiró su actual gira, “Cali Pachanguero”, debido a su 40º aniversario.

Hablando de profundos sentimientos de nostalgia, amor y orgullo por una ciudad, “Cali Pachanguero” es una oda a Cali, Colombia, y marcó el comienzo de la fama mundial de Grupo Niche hace casi cuarenta años con su inclusión en la banda sonora de la famosa película de Hollywood “Salsa”. También fue incluida en un segmento de los Premios de la Academia de 2020, marcando el reconocimiento del patrimonio latino durante el evento.

“Cali Pachanguero” ha resistido la prueba del tiempo, desempeñando un papel crucial en la historia de la salsa, la música colombiana y latina, y también ha mantenido su posición como favorita entre los fans de todo el mundo.

El “Pachanguero Tour” es un homenaje sensacional a esta canción inconfundible, así como a las cuatro décadas juntos de la innovadora orquesta, durante las cuales han compartido su inspiración apasionada y su música irresistible con el mundo.

El “Pachanguero Tour” comenzó el 9 de febrero con un show con entradas agotadas en Sidney, Australia, y le siguieron otros con entradas agotadas en Brisbane, Australia el 11 de febrero y en Los Angeles, California el 16 de febrero.

Después de impresionar al público en The Mayan en Los Ángeles el 16 de febrero, Grupo Niche se dirigirá al Florida Theatre de Jacksonville el 2 de marzo y continuará hacia más ciudades importantes en los Estados Unidos, México y América del Sur. La gira ya tiene 23 fechas confirmadas, con más por anunciarse pronto.

Miami, FL. (March 03, 2024). Grupo Niche, the award-winning salsa ambassadors of Colombia, are set to bring their vibrant sound to Miami’s Adrienne Arsht Center on March 22 as part of their highly anticipated “Pachanguero Tour.” Tickets are available now via Adrienne Arsht Center.

Renowned for their compositions that vary from lively rhythms and dances to slower-paced romantic tunes, Grupo Niche will arrive in Miami after spectacular 2023, a year during which they not only took home the Latin Grammy for Best Salsa Album thanks to their collaborative album with Orquesta Sinfónica Nacional de Colombia, “Niche Sinfónico,” but were also nominated to the 66^th GRAMMY Awards in the Best Tropical Album category.

During their show on March 22, the Colombian group will deliver the best of their repertoire to their fans in Miami, which will no doubt include a special performance of the song penned by Maestro Jairo Varela and that inspired their current tour, “Cali Pachanguero,” because of its 40^th anniversary.

Speaking to profound feelings of nostalgia, love, and pride for a city, “Cali Pachanguero” is an ode to Cali, Colombia, and marked the beginning of Grupo Niche’s global fame nearly forty years ago with its inclusion in the soundtrack for the famous Hollywood movie “Salsa.” It was also included in a segment of the 2020 Academy Awards, marking the acknowledgement of Latin heritage during the event.  

“Cali Pachanguero” has withstood the test of time, playing a crucial role in the history of salsa, Colombian, and Latin music, and it has also maintained its position as a favorite among fans worldwide. 

The “Pachanguero Tour” is a sensational tribute to this unmistakable song, as well as to the innovative band’s four decades together, during which they have shared their passionate inspiration and irresistible music with the world. 

The “Pachanguero Tour” began on February 7 with a sold-out show in Brisbane, Australia, and followed it with another sold-out in Sidney on February 9. After stunning the audience at The Mayan in Los Angeles on February 16, Grupo Niche will head to Jacksonville’s Florida Theatre on March 2, and will proceed to more major cities in the United States, Mexico, and South America. The tour already has 23 confirmed dates, with more to be announced soon.
