Miami, Florida. (Agosto 3, 2023). Luego del lanzamiento de su anterior sencillo “El Amor No Es Amor”, el cantautor colombiano Damián regresa para emocionar a sus fans una vez más, con su colorido nuevo sencillo “Sabrosura”, disponible ya en todas las plataformas de música digital.
Escrita y producida por el mismo Damián, junto al productor multiganador de Latin Grammys Luis Ortega, “Sabrosura” es una cumbia urbana que encarna la riqueza musical y la energía sanadora del Caribe. Esta canción refleja la alegría contagiosa con la que Damian aborda su oficio y cuenta con melodías refrescantes y un ritmo delicioso, idea para bailar.
“Sabrosura” es la definición de buenas vibraciones y seguramente levantará el ánimo de cualquiera que la escuche. Sin duda, será el complemento perfecto para cualquier lista de reproducción de verano de este año.
Sobre su más reciente lanzamiento, Damian comparte: “Estoy muy contento con esta nueva canción, porque me define muy bien como artista: tiene mi origen caribeño, a través de la cumbia y el acordeón, pero también captura esa esencia urbana que me ha rodeado en la vida y pudimos incluir sonidos y “chanteos”, que expresan el sonido de las calles. Esta canción fue hecha para bailar, para disfrutar, para sonreír y para llenarnos de positivismo”.
Filmado bajo la dirección de Harlyn Camargo y su compañía HarlynGO, en Barranquilla, la ciudad natal de Damián, así como en la Plaza Principal de Soledad, Atlántico, el video musical oficial también está disponible ahora en YouTube. Los fanáticos verán cómo son transportados a hermosos lugares como la Plaza de la Aduana y el Malecón de Barranquilla, y deja ver la calidez de su gente, viviendo el dia a dia en cualquier calle del Caribe Colombiano.

Written and produced by Damian alongside with Latin Grammy multiwinner Luis Ortega, “Sabrosura” is an irresistible urban cumbia track that embodies the musical richness and healing energy of the Caribbean. With a title that translates to “Delicious,” this song is just that, reflecting the incredible infectious joy with which Damian approaches his craft, and boasting refreshing, kaleidoscopically vibrant melodies and delectable rhythms made for dancing.

About his latest release Damian shares, “I’m very happy with this new release because it defines me very well as an artist: It has my Caribbean background, through the Cumbia and accordion, but it also captures that urban essence that has surrounded me in life and we were able to include sounds and “chanteos,” which express the sound of the streets. This song was made for dancing, for enjoying, for smiling, and for filling us with positivity.”
